Artist Statement
Charles Renfro is a self-taught artist who started painting at the age of 12. Charles experimented with multiple medias and found his muse in Acrylic. Throughout his life, he has painted in the realistic style for years but in the last decade he has focused on abstract and non-representative shapes. He is always experimenting with new techniques in his quest to grow as an artist. His strong use of color and defined spaces.
